These Terms of Use govern access to WebRTCTest and its browser-based diagnostic tools. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the technical limits described below. If you do not agree, do not run the diagnostics.
Purpose of the service
WebRTCTest provides informational tools for inspecting browser support, media-device behavior and selected WebRTC functions. Results describe the browser, device, permissions and network path available during a particular test. They are not a certification, service-level guarantee, professional security assessment or promise that a third-party meeting, calling or streaming product will work.
Your responsibilities
You may use the site for personal, development, testing and troubleshooting purposes. You must have permission to test the devices, accounts and STUN or TURN endpoints you provide. Do not use WebRTCTest to disrupt infrastructure, evade access controls, expose another person's data, probe systems without authorization, automate abusive traffic or violate applicable law.
You are responsible for protecting any TURN credentials, SDP, ICE candidates, IP addresses, device labels or other diagnostic information shown in your browser. Do not paste secrets into public reports or share results until sensitive values have been removed.
Permissions and third-party services
Camera, microphone and screen-share diagnostics depend on permission controlled by your browser and operating system. Network tests may contact the default public STUN endpoint or a custom STUN or TURN service you enter. Those providers are separate services with their own availability, terms and privacy practices. WebRTCTest does not control a custom endpoint and is not responsible for its operation.

Availability and changes
The site may be updated, suspended or changed without guaranteeing advance notice. Browser vendors can alter APIs, permission behavior and privacy protections, which may affect a tool even when the site code has not changed. Features may also be removed when they become inaccurate, unsafe or unsupported. Important user-visible updates are summarized in the Changelog.
No warranties
WebRTCTest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that every result is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. You should confirm important findings with the relevant browser, operating-system, network or service provider before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebRTCTest and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from use of the site, inability to use it, reliance on a diagnostic result, disclosure of information you choose to share, or operation of a third-party endpoint. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Content and contact
The site's original interface, explanations and source contributions are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party names and technologies remain the property of their respective owners. These terms may be revised as the service changes; the updated date will identify the current version.
